Betaling og avbestillingsrutiner

Depositum på 20 % av beløpet betales ved bestilling for å sikre bestillingen. De resterende 80% betales senest 45 dager før ankomst.

Skulle huset bli avbestilt frem til 45 dager før ankomst beholder vi innbetalt depositum. Ved avbestilling mellom 44 og 30 dager før ankomst beholder vi 40 % av innbetalt beløp. Ved avbestilling fra 30 dager og frem til ankomst beholder vi 100% av innbetalt beløp.

Payment and cancellation policy

Our guests pay a deposit of 20 % of the amount by booking ( To secure the booking). The remaining 80% we will kindly ask you to pay at least 45 days before arrival. Please pay in Euro to my account. I kindly ask you to check the exchange rate on the payment day, both for the deposit and the rest payment 45 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation earlier than 45 days before arrival we will retain the deposit. In case of cancellation 44-30 days before arrival, we will retain 40% of the amount paid in. In case of cancellation 30-0 days before arrival, we retain the full amount paid.

Unsere Gäste bezahlen 20 % bei Buchung als ein Depositum. Den Restbetrag bezahlen Sie spätestens 45 Tage bevor Sie hier ankommen. Ich bitte Sie, die Beträge in Euro auf mein Konto zu überweisen. Abbestellung 30- 0 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunftsdato: Wir behalten 100% von was Sie bezahlt haben.
